DPRD Pasaman Barat Audiensi Bersama Seluruh Perusahaan Sawit Dalam Pembahasan Anjlok Harga TBS

Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, Sumatera Barat, memanggil seluruh perusahaan kelapa sawit terkait dengan anjloknya harga tandan buah segar (TBS) akhir-akhir ini.
“Hari ini kita telah melakukan pertemuan dengan seluruh perusahaan kelapa sawit, namun hanya diwakili (pegawai) yang bukan pengambil keputusan,” kata Ketua DPRD Pasaman Barat Erianto saat menerima aksi unjuk rasa Aliansi Mahasiswa Pasaman Barat, Jumat 20 Mei 2022.
Menurut dia, pertemuan dengan perusahaan kelapa sawit itu juga dihadiri perwakilan Dinas Perkebunan, kemitraan, peron, dan pengumpul.
“Kita kecewa karena hasil atau keputusannya tidak ada. Kita menunggu jawaban tertulis dari mereka. Selain itu juga akan memanggil ulang,” katanya.
Pihaknya mempertanyakan terkait persoalan harga TBS pekebun rakyat yang anjlok dari Rp.3000-an menjadi Rp1.000.
“Tapi ada kabar baiknya Presiden telah mencabut pelarangan ekspor. Kita lihat perkembangan beberapa hari ke depan,” katanya.
Menyikapi tuntutan mahasiswa, DPRD akan menindaklanjuti dengan sejumlah langkah. Pertama, pihaknya telah memanggil perusahaan dan mempertanyakan persoalan harga TBS.
Kedua, akan mengawasi harga TBS di Pasaman Barat dan jika ada penurunan sepihak akan memanggil kembali perusahaan.
Ketiga, akan memanggil Dinas Koperasi dan UKM terkait harga dengan pupuk yang tinggi. Keempat, akan mempertimbangkan pengusulan pemberhentian Kepala Dinas Perkebunan dan Pertanian namun itu adalah kewenangan bupati. DPRD segera rapat bersama dengan instansi terkait agar segera mengadakan pemilihan Wali Nagari pada tahun 2022.
Penegasan itu terkait aksi unjuk rasa aliansi mahasiswa Pasaman Barat mengenai harga TBS, pupuk, dan persoalan lainnya.
Salah seorang mahasiswa Eko Prayoga menekankan Pemkab Pasaman Barat dan DPRD agar dapat memperjuangkan masyarakat pekebun sawit.
“Perjuangkanlah masyarakat. Harga TBS anjlok, harga minyak goreng mahal, dan pupuk mahal dan langka. Kami masyarakat ingin persoalan ini dapat menjadi perhatian,” ujarnya. (an)
