Hadiri Pengukuhan IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang, Bupati Eka : Semoga Makin Jaya Serta Turut Membangun Kampung Halaman

Setelah disambut sukacita Ketua Ikatan Keluarga Tanah Datar (IKTD) Kota Tanjung Pinang H. Irwan bersama segenap pengurus di dermaga yang dilanjutkan dengan jamuan makan malam bersama di Rumah Makan Putri Minang milik seorang perantau dan disiangnya di rumah makan sederhana bersama Ownernya, Bupati Tanah Datar Eka Putra, Sabtu (24/12) malam melaksanakan pengukuhan Pengurus IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang periode 2021-2025 di Gedung Aisyah Sulaiman.
Dalam kegiatan yang turut dihadiri Wali Kota Tanjung Pinang Hj. Rahma, Bupati Eka Putra mengatakan betapa ia bersama rombongan tidak merasa di rantau, tapi terasa di kampung sendiri.
“Kedatangan kami disambut hangat, mulai dari pelabuhan, dijamu makan, disediakan angkutan antar jemput ke hotel, bahkan se sampai di hotel di pasangkan Tanjak sebagai ucapan selamat datang kepada kami, rasanya sangat luar biasa sambutan dunsanak kami yang ada di Tanjung Pinang ini, se sekali bertemu namun rasanya sudah sering,” kata Eka.
Bupati Eka Putra juga menyampaikan betapa perantau memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung pembangunan di Tanah Datar, baik pembangunan fisik ataupun non fisik.
“Peranan perantau begitu besar bagi kami di Tanah Datar, tidak hanya membantu pembangunan fisik, namun juga kontribusi melalui ide dan saran serta karya nyata untuk kemajuan pembangunan di kampung halaman,” sampai Eka.
Melihat peranan para perantau seperti itulah, tambah Eka, ia selaku kepala daerah merangkul dan mengunjungi para perantau di berbagai wilayah nusantara untuk mengajak untuk turut secara nyata membangun kampung halaman.
“Alhamdulillah, Pemerintah Daerah terus menjalin hubungan baik dengan para perantau dimanapun berada, dan mengajak turut secara nyata untuk membangun kampung halaman. Khusus kepada IKTD Tanjung Pinang yang baru dikukuhkan kepengurusannya malam ini, semoga mampu semakin baik menjadi paguyuban yang selalu mengayomi anggotanya dan terus menjalin silaturahmi dengan pemerintah daerah dan ikut membangun kampung halaman,” pesannya.
Sedangkan untuk Kaba dari Kampuang, tambah Eka, Pemerintah Tanah Datar telah melaksanakan berbagai Program Unggulan (Progul) yang bertujuan untuk terus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Kita telah lakukan Progul Bajak Gratis, dimana mesin, operator dan BBM nya disediakan pemerintah melalui Brigade Alsintan. Program yang bertujuan meringankan biaya operasional tanam petani saat ini sudah terlaksana 100 persen lebih dari target, yakni dari 4.200 Hektar lahan telah dibajak seluas 4.204,75 Hektar,” sampainya.
Kemudian, sampai Eka, Asuransi Ternak dan Padi juga sudah berjalan 100 persen. Kemudian ada Progul Satu Rumah Satu Hafizh/Hafizah, Satu Nagari Satu Event bahkan kami juga mempunyai Program untuk menjauhkan masyarakat dari jeratan rentenir.
“Untuk Progul Satu Rumah Satu Hafiz/Hafizah dengan 263 Rumah Tahfizh se Tanah Datar telah mampu melahirkan setidaknya 13.000 penghafal Al Qur’an di Tanah Datar, minimal 1 juz. Dan, bagi rumah yang ditempeli stiker Progul ini diprioritaskan memperoleh bantuan dari Pemerintah Daerah. Kemudian Satu Nagari Satu Event telah dilaksanakan di 14 Nagari di 14 Kecamatan, alhamdulillah berjalan lancar dan program ini mampu meningkatkan roda ekonomi masyarakat, dan memotivasi menampilkan kembali berbagai seni, adat dan budaya serta kuliner yang telah lama terpendam atau bahkan hampir hilang,” terang Eka.
Dikatakan Eka lagi, tak kalah hebatnya dalam bulan Desember digelar Kongres Bundo Kanduang Sedunia pertama di Tanah Datar.
“Kongres yang pertama dilaksanakan ini menghadirkan Bundo Kanduang dari beberapa negara di dunia seperti Inggris, Australia dan beberapa negara lainnya serta dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Dan Insya Allah akan hadir Museum Bundo Kanduang di Tanah Datar sebagai pusat budaya Minangkabau,” sampainya.
Terakhir Bupati Eka Putra menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada kepengurusan IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang yang telah dikukuhkan, semoga semakin jaya dan kompak serta terus turut membangun kampung halaman.
“Selaku kepala daerah, Saya titipkan perantau kami kepada Ibuk Wali Kota, semoga perantau kami semakin mampu memberikan yang terbaik bagi Kota Tanjung Pinang ini ke depannya. Dan terima kasih atas layanan yang telah diberikan perantau kepada kami beberapa hari ini, Semoga silaturahmi kita semakin erat lagi. Kepada perantau terus memberikan dedikasi nyata di perantauan, khusus di Kota Tanjung Pinang dan tentunya juga berkontribusi nyata ke kampung halaman,” tukas Eka.
Sebelumnya Wali Kota Rahma menyampaikan ucapan selamat datang kepada Bupati Tanah Datar dan rombongan di Kota Tanjung Pinang.
“Selamat datang pak Bupati, kedatangan Bapak bersama rombongan membuktikan betapa kecintaan Bapak kepada para perantau. Insya Allah, Saya disini tidak membeda-bedakan warga, karena banyak warga Minang ataupun Sumatra Barat menjadi pejabat di kota ini. Karena saya yakin pepatah Dimana Langit di Junjung, di situ Tanah di pijak,” sampainya.
Rahma juga menyampaikan selamat atas pengukuhan IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang, semoga komitmen dan sinergi dengan Pemerintah Kota Tanjung Pinang terus berjalan baik.
“Tanpa Bapak dan Ibuk, tentu pelaksanaan pembangunan di Kota tercinta kita ini juga tidak bisa berjalan baik. Mohon dukungan juga membangun Kota Tanjung Pinang untuk lebih baik ke depannya,” sampai Rahma.
Sementara itu ketua penyelenggara Elfi Edison menyampaikan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bupati Tanah Datar Eka Putra dan Wali Kota Tanjung Pinang Rahma beserta rombongan.
“Kebahagiaan bagi kami Bapak Bupati dan Ibuk Wali Kota hadir dalam pengukuhan Ketua IKTD terpilih periode 2021 – 2025 yang sempat tertunda. Terima kasih, mohon maaf kalau ada kekurangan dalam pelayanan,” sampainya.
Dikatakan Elfi, IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang terdiri dari 11 jurai, jumlah penduduk lebih kurang 500 KK dengan 2.500 jiwa.
“Potensi ini mungkin yang perlu dirangkul bersama-sama dan juga semakin ditingkatkan jalinan silaturahmi untuk membangun Kota Tanjung Pinang serta ikut memberikan sumbangsih untuk pembangunan di kampung halaman,” sampainya.
Selepas itu Ketua IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang terpilih H. Irwan juga menyampaikan ucapan selamat datang dan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bupati Tanah Datar dan Wali Kota Tanjung Pinang.
“Merupakan kebahagiaan bagi kami keluarga IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang, karena dua pimpinan daerah bisa hadir dalam kegiatan malam, terima kasih atas kehadirannya Bapak dan Ibuk, mohon maaf sekiranya ada kekurangan dan tidak pada tempatnya,” sampainya.
Menyambung penyampaian ketua penyelenggara, Irwan menerangkan 11 Jurai yang ada di IKTD Kota Tanjung Pinang. “Jurai dinamakan IKA yakni IKA Rambatan, Tanjung Baru, Tanjung Emas, Padang Ganting, Lintau Buo, Sungayang, Sungai Tarab, X Koto, Batipuah, Malalo dan IKA Limo Kaum,” tukasnya.
Turut hadir 2 orang Anggota DPRD Kota Tanjung Pinang, Kadis Kesehatan Kota Tanjung Pinang, Owner Rumah Makan Sederhana H. Bustamam beserta istri, Ketua Ikatan Keluarga Minang (IKM) dan jajaran Pemerintah Kota Tanjung Pinang. Sedangkan Bupati Tanah Datar didampingi Asisten Pemerintahan Elizar, Kajari Batusangkar Otong Rosadi, Kakan Kesbang Pol, Sekretaris Dinas PU PR, Kabag Hukum, Kabag Organisasi, Kabag POD, Kabid Dinas Pendidikan dan pendamping lainnya.
