Bupati Eka Resmikan Bantuan Stimulan 19 Unit Rumah Swadaya Secara Simbolis

Bupati Tanah Datar Eka Putra melaksanakan Peresmian Bantuan Stimulan Rumah Swadaya untuk Pembangunan Baru Rumah Layak Huni Tahun 2022 sebanyak 16 unit dan Serah terima rumah masyarakat Korban Bencana 3 unit secara simbolis, Senin (27/12/2022) di Nagari Guguak Malalo Kecamatan Batipuh Selatan.
Bupati Eka Putra di kesempatan itu berharap masyarakat penerima bantuan pembangunan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH) sebanyak 19 rumah untuk memanfaatkan dan menjaganya dengan sebaik mungkin.
“Pembangunan rumah ini sebagai bentuk perhatian Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah serta perjuangan dari anggota dewan kita maupun Wali Nagari yang selalu aktif menjemput peluang bantuan, dan bantuan hari ini berbentuk Cost Sharing,” sampainya.
Cost sharing itu, tambah Eka, merupakan program bantuan yang memadukan bantuan Pemerintah Pusat melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dengan APBD Tanah Datar.
“Satu unit rumah dibutuhkan dana Rp50 juta, dengan cost sharing, DAK Rp20 juta dan Pemkab Rp30 juta, sehingga totalnya Rp800 juta,” terang Eka.
Dikatakan Eka lagi, dalam tahun selanjutnya Pemerintah Daerah bersama instansi terkait lainnya akan terus berupaya mengurangi Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RTLH).
“Kita akan terus berupaya mengurangi RTLH dengan memanfaatkan berbagai potensi yang ada, baik melalui dana di Pemerintah, Baznas, bantuan perantau sampai Pokir anggota dewan Tanah Datar,” katanya.
Diharapkan Bupati lagi, kepada masyarakat penerima untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan.
“Setelah rumah direhab dan diperbaiki lebih bagus dan layak huni, tentunya harus terus dirawat sehingga sejalan dengan peningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan maka terciptalah kehidupan masyarakat yang sehat,” pesan Eka.
Dikesempatan itu, Bupati Eka Putra juga sempat menanyakan langsung kepada masyarakat penerima bantuan terkait dengan hasil kerja tukang sampai kepada kualitas bangunannya.
“Bantuan ini sifatnya swadaya, artinya pemerintah memberikan bantuan namun si penerima bantuan itu sendiri yang menentukan dan menunjuk siapa tukang yang akan mengerjakannya. Jadi hasilnya bukan kami yang menentukan, namun sesuai dengan keinginan bapak dan ibu semua,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya Wali Nagari Guguak Malalo Mulyadi menyampaikan terima kasih kepada Pemerintah dan juga anggota DPRD dan pihak lainnya atas terlaksana bantuan pembangunan rumah ini.
“Terima kasih pak Bupati dan juga pemerintah pusat serta anggota DPRD, masyarakat kami sangat terbantu dan merasa bahagia atas bantuan ini,” sampainya.
Dikatakan Mulyadi lagi, dari sekitar lima ribuan masyarakat Nagari Guguak Malalo, masih ada sekitar 100 RTLH.
“Alhamdulillah, meski cukup banyak RTLH di nagari kami, namun sudah terbantu 19 rumah, Semoga ke depan program ini tetap berjalan di Nagari Guguak Malalo, sehingga RTLH semakin bisa dikurangi,” sampainya.
Sementara itu Kadis Perkim LH Nofi Hendri menyampaikan, kegiatan bantuan pembangunan RTLH bagi masyarakat untuk mengurangi dan mengatasi permasalahan semakin banyaknya RTLH di Tanah Datar.
“Saat ini di Tanah Datar terdata 11.028 RTLH, dan di Tahun 2022 melalui DAK bersama Pemkab, perantau, Baznas dan Pokir Anggota DPRD telah direhan dan dibangun sebanyak 350 unit rumah dan Insya Allah tahun 2023 akan dilanjutkan setidaknya 100 unit rumah lagi,” sampainya.
Untuk 3 unit rumah akibat banjir bandang tahun 2020 lalu, tambah Nofi, juga direhab dan juga telah dihuni dan dimanfaatkan keluarga yang terkena musibah tersebut.
“Pemerintah Daerah telah anggarkan sekitar Rp173 juta lebih untuk membangun 3 unit rumah ini, semua atas persetujuan dan dukungan pak Bupati dan pak dewan,” sampainya.
Di kesempatan selanjutnya anggota DPRD yang juga putra daerah Herman Sugiarto juga menyampaikan terima kasih atas pelaksanaan dan pemberian bantuan ke Nagari Guguak Malalo.
“Terima kasih pak Bupati bersama jajaran, yang telah melaksanakan program bantuan ini di nagari Guguak Malalo, semoga terus berlanjut, dan Saya selaku anggota DPRD siap mendukung,” tukasnya.
Kegiatan yang turut dihadiri Kadis Sosial Afrizon bersama Kabid dan Kabag di lingkungan Pemkab Tanah Datar, Camat Batipuh Selatan, Wali Nagari se Batipuh Selatan, KAN, BPRN Guguak Malalo, Bundo Kanduang, tokoh masyarakat dan undangan lainnya itu dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan bantuan secara simbolis.
