Jelang Nataru 2023, Polres Agam Siap Berikan Keamanan Bagi Masyarakat

Menjelang akhir tahun 2022 di wilayah hukum Polres Agam, pihak kepolisian setempat akan memberikan keamanan di sejumlah tempat, khususnya di tempat keramaian dan pusat kota.
Hal ini disampaikan Kapolres Agam, AKBP Ferry Ferdian, S.Ik, pada Jumat (30/12) usai dirinya melaksanakan “Jumat Curhat”.
Dikatakan, saat malam tahun baru ini pihaknya menyiapkan 128 personil. Kesiapan personel tersebut dalam rangka Operasi Lilin Singgalang 2022 di wilayah hukumnya.
“Dibantu dengan instansi terkait, TNI, BPBD, Satpol PP, Dishub, dan ormas lainnya yang ada di Agam,” katanya.
Lanjut AKBP Ferry Ferdian, pihaknya akan melakukan pengaturan arus lalu lintas menjelang malam pergantian tahun di beberapa lokasi, seperti simpang 4 Mesjid besar Lubuk Basung, sport Center, dan GOR Rang Agam.
“Ini kita lakukan demi kelancaran lalu lintas dan kamseltibcarlantas,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, beberapa petugas lainnya juga akan berpatroli ke perumahan warga dan lokasi yang dianggap rawan terjadinya aksi kriminalitas.
“Untuk besoknya kita melakukan pengamanan di tempat obyek wisata di taman Lawang, danau Maninjau dan pantai Tiku,” ungkapnya.
Dirinya juga mengimbau kepada masyarakat, khususnya di Kabupaten Agam untuk ikut menjaga kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif.
“Kita siap memberikan rasa aman. Mari kita bersama menciptakan rasa aman dan nyaman ditengah masyarakat, dengan tidak membuat gangguan kamtibmas,” ajaknya. (Aura/Dwi)
