Penghujung 2022 Pemkab Tanah Datar Terima 4 Penghargaan, Eka Putra : Pemerintah Komitmen Gunakan Anggaran dengan Baik dan Transparan

Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tanah Datar menerima Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA) Tahun Anggaran 2023 Lingkup Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bukittinggi, Kamis (29/12/2022) di aula kantor Bupati di Pagaruyung.
DIPA Tahun 2023 diserahkan Kepala Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Bukittinggi Khairil Indra kepada Bupati Eka Putra yang kemudian diserahkan Bupati kepada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanah Datar, Pengadilan Negeri Batusangkar, Polres Tanah Datar, Kejaksaan Negeri Tanah Datar, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar dan Balai Pelestarian Cagar Budaya Sumatera Barat.
Kepala KPPN Khairil Indra mengatakan, kegiatan penyerahan yang biasa dilaksanakan di KPPN Bukittinggi, namun kali ini berbeda dilaksanakan di Tanah Datar.
“Terima kasih atas sambutan dan fasilitasi pak Bupati bersama instansi terkait atas pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Sengaja di tahun ini dilaksanakan hal ini agar semakin terjadi sinergi antara KPPN dengan daerah untuk DIPA ini,” sampainya.
Dikatakan Indra lagi, ditengah inflasi di Indonesia dan Sumatra Barat serta Kabupaten/Kota lain meningkat, Tanah Datar mampu menekan inflasi sehingga bisa menjadi terbaik wilayah Sumatra.
“Saya juga mengikuti perkembangan inflasi ini, dimana daerah lain terdampak dan menjadi meningkat, Tanah Datar malah bisa menekan dan memperoleh penghargaan nasional, hal ini tentunya patut diberikan apresiasi dan penghargaan,” katanya.
Sesuai tema APBN 2023 yakni Optimis dan tetap waspada, tambah Indra, ia yakin Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanah Datar mampu melaksanakannya.
“Dana transfer daerah diperuntukan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan di daerah yang mencakup aspek alokasi, distribusi dan stabilisasi pasca Covid-19. Di saat daerah lain menurun, Tanah Datar meningkat dana transfernya sebesar Rp54 Miliar lebih menjadi Rp1,045 Triliun lebih. Sedangkan untuk 37 DIPA senilai Rp.339 miliar lebih,” terang Indra.
Bupati Tanah Datar Eka Putra menyampaikan, Pemerintah Tanah Datar berkomitmen akan menggunakan anggaran dengan baik, cepat, tepat, transparan dan akuntabel.
“Terima kasih dan selamat datang di Tanah Datar dalam rangka menyerahkan DIPA ini. Ini langkah nyata pemerintah agar pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pencairan dana di Tanah Datar dapat dilakukan lebih awal sehingga bisa memberikan manfaat lebih cepat dan segera dirasakan manfaat terutama di sisi ekonomi,” sampainya.
Dikatakan Eka lagi, Pemerintah Daerah melalui perangkat daerah juga saling bersinergi dengan mengedepankan prinsip kerja keras, kerja ikhlas dan kerja tuntas sehingga sampai akhir tahun serapan anggaran di Tanah Datar sudah tercapai.
“Meski berbagai perubahan dalam sistem dan aplikasi yang diluncurkan Pemerintah Pusat, namun Pemerintah Daerah tetap akan mendukungnya terkait aplikasi dan sejenisnya sejauh mampu memberikan kemajuan kepada daerah,” sampainya.
Dan dalam usaha meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tambah Eka, dilakukan dengan berbagai Program Unggulan di Tamah Datar.
“Salah satu yang butuh kerja keras dan dedikasi semua pihak adalah pelaksanaan Program Makan Rendang di Tanah Datar yakni Maksimal Pemberantasan Rentenir Agar Hilang di Tanah Datar. Program ini adalah perang kepada rentenir dan Insya Allah Tahun 2023 akan terus dilaksanakan,” tukasnya.
Dalam kegiatan itu KPPN Bukittinggi juga menyerahkan 4 penghargaan kepada Bupati Tanah Datar yaitu, Penghargaan Atas Realisasi APBD Tahun Anggaran 2022, Penghargaan sebagai Peringkat 1 terbaik di Wilayah Sumatra TPID Kabupaten/Kota Berprestasi Tahun 2021, Penghargaan UMKM melalui diluncurkannya Program Makan Rendang di Tanah Datar dan penghargaan Penyelesaian Pengajuan Penyaluran Dana Desa Tercepat Tahun 2023.
